Dubai South is the emirate's bet on its own next 25 years — built around what will become the world's largest airport (Al Maktoum) and the Expo legacy. Today it's quieter and emptier than central areas, but Emaar South, Damac, Azizi, and Sobha are all stacking new launches here. Buyers willing to wait 5–10 years for the master plan to mature can lock in some of the lowest entry prices in freehold Dubai while qualifying for Golden Visa thresholds with under AED 2M.
