Brokerage commissions
Brokerage commissions for sales transactions become payable on transfer at the trustee office. Once paid (the transfer is complete), commissions are non-refundable. Failed transactions before transfer (cancelled MoU, financing fall-through, NOC denial) are not subject to commission.
Property management fees
Management fees are deducted monthly from rental receipts. There are no upfront fees. To cancel management, give 30 days' written notice — no exit fee, no penalty. Fees for the notice period remain payable.
Snagging & handover service
The snagging service fee (AED 2,500–4,500) is fully refundable if requested within 24 hours of payment and before any inspection has taken place. Once the inspector has visited the property, the fee is non-refundable.
Lead capture forms / consultations
All consultations and information services on the Site are free. There is nothing to refund.
How to request a refund
Email [info@alammanproperties.com](mailto:info@alammanproperties.com) with your transaction reference and the reason. We respond within 5 business days.
Disputes
If you believe we've withheld a refund unfairly, escalate to the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) consumer protection or to RERA, depending on the service category.
