Al Amman Properties is committed to making alammanproperties.com accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We aim to comply with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA.
What we've done
- **Semantic HTML:** every page uses proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and meaningful alt text on images.
- **Keyboard navigation:** all interactive elements are reachable and operable by keyboard.
- **Visible focus indicators:** clear outlines on all focused elements.
- **Colour contrast:** all text meets the AA 4.5:1 contrast ratio.
- **Skip-to-content link:** for keyboard users to bypass repeated nav.
- **Reduced-motion respect:** animations honour prefers-reduced-motion.
- **Form labels:** every form input has an associated label and clear error messages.
- **Language declared:** at the page level for screen readers.
Known limitations
- Embedded third-party maps and video players may not fully meet AA. Where embedded, we provide text alternatives.
- Some legacy property photographs may have generic alt text; we are improving this systematically.
