How it works

When a tenant calls at 11pm about a burst pipe or an AC that's stopped working in August, the quality of your maintenance response defines the tenant relationship. Our in-house handymen cover plumbing, electrical, AC, joinery, locks, and appliance fixes for small jobs. For larger work (AC overhaul, bathroom re-fit, painting) we dispatch from a panel of 15 vetted specialists. Pricing is transparent: vendor cost + 10% coordination fee. You see every invoice.
