How it works
This is the simplest engagement. You own the property, you'll collect the rent; you just need us to find the tenant, draft the lease, and register the Ejari. We list on Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, and our own database. We screen candidates (passport, Emirates ID, employer NOC, salary certificate, bank statements). We draft the RERA-compliant tenancy contract. We register the Ejari with the DLD. We hand over the keys with an inventory sheet.
Resident owners with 1–2 units who want to stay hands-on with day-to-day but offload the tenant-finding process.

Under Leasing-only you handle collections yourself. If you need default handling, upgrade to Standard or Premium — our in-house team then takes over the RERA Rental Dispute Centre process.
