This covers what 70% of our landlord book uses. We do everything in Leasing-only, plus monthly rent collection (typical clearance in 48 hours of due), coordination of any maintenance request the tenant raises (our in-house handymen for minor fixes, vetted specialists for HVAC/plumbing/electrical), and a clean 1-page monthly financial statement showing rent received, vendor payments, service charges, and our fee.

FAQs
Under Standard, we handle the RERA Rental Index check and draft the notice. If the tenant escalates to the Rental Dispute Centre, there's an additional filing/representation fee (typically AED 2,000–3,500). Or upgrade to Premium, which includes dispute handling.
You pre-approve a discretion threshold (e.g. AED 2,000). Below it, we instruct the vendor, pay from the rent ledger, and log the invoice. Above it, we call/WhatsApp you for approval before instructing.
Yes. Standard includes owner-portal access with live rent status, maintenance log, and monthly statements. You'll know more about your property than most resident landlords do.
